The project funding of the Foundation for Grief Support and Funeral Culture Hanover and Lower Saxony continuously supports non-profit institutions, educational providers, and public organizations in Bremen and Lower Saxony. The focus is on measures in the areas of funeral culture, grief support, hospice work, and palliative care.
