Description
The funding program “Qualified Training in the Cooperative System (PAV) 2022” supports Brandenburg companies, educational providers, chambers, and cooperative partners in strengthening their willingness and competence to provide training. With the help of grants from the European Social Fund Plus (ESF+), in-company training phases within the cooperative system, supplementary key qualifications, as well as subject-specific exam preparations are co-financed. Inter-company apprentice instruction in crafts and training in agriculture are promoted through recognized specialized courses and accommodation in boarding schools. In addition, service centers for cooperative training and coordination centers “Good Learning in the Company” serve as central contact points for underserved youth, advise companies, and organize mentoring and further training offers. The program creates secure vocational prospects for young people and makes dual training in Brandenburg even more attractive.
Eligible are small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), chambers, educational institutions, associations, and clubs with headquarters or business premises in the state of Brandenburg, who have registered training contracts in the central directory and can present cooperation agreements. The funding period is up to 72 months; applications can be submitted continuously via the ILB customer portal (ÜLU until November 1, agriculture at least six weeks before the start, service and coordination centers on fixed deadlines). Eligible costs include personnel and material costs, flat rates per training day, course costs, and boarding accommodation; excluded are real estate acquisitions, retroactive costs, and debt settlement. The funding rate is 90% of eligible expenses; standardized residual costs are calculated at 30–40% of direct personnel expenses. The maximum annual grant for service centers is €80,000, for coordination centers €50,000. The technical evaluation is based on innovation content, impact on training willingness, as well as cooperation and network strength.
