Description

Since 2018, the Queer Network Awards have been honoring outstanding queer corporate networks nationwide that are committed to diversity and equal opportunities in the workplace. Companies can present their internal or cross-company networks in four category entries: the Big Impact Initiative Award for connected and open actions, the Rising Star Award for young, dynamic start-ups, the Global Leader Network Award for internationally operating networks, and the Sustainability Award for long-term established commitment. The award recognizes creative concepts, sustainable anchoring, and global reach to promote an authentic, safe, and inclusive work environment, thereby increasing respect and visibility for queer concerns.

The application period runs from April 6 to July 5, 2026. Applying networks must demonstrate their activity within companies and meet the category-specific requirements, such as a maximum founding period of two years for the Rising Star Award. The extent of engagement, degree of innovation, sustainability of measures, and strategy in the global context will be evaluated. The PrOut@Work Foundation aims to strengthen and highlight issues related to diversity and social cohesion with this award, showing how networks make an essential contribution to an inclusive corporate culture. Interested companies are encouraged to submit their initiatives and thereby make a clear statement for respect and equality.
