Description

The EU-wide funding program "Re-imagining the creative economy" supports multiprofessional consortia consisting of companies, non-profit organizations, research institutions, and public bodies with the aim of developing hybrid business models at the intersection of the cultural, creative, and social economy. With a total funding volume of up to €3 million and 100% funding over a project duration of 36 months, the development of innovative frameworks is promoted that embed principles of the social economy within the cultural and creative sectors. The initiative aims to foster sustainable growth and inclusive employment in the future, create high-quality jobs, and position Europe as a pioneer of a fair creative economic system. Eligible to apply are consortia of at least three independent legal entities from different EU member states or associated countries, possessing the necessary commercial and technical capacities for PCP/PPI procedures.

The funding is particularly suitable for public procurement bodies, social enterprises, cultural practitioners, small and medium-sized enterprises, as well as scientific institutions that collaboratively develop innovative public procurement solutions and business models. The financing covers personnel and material costs, subcontractor services, travel expenses, and equipment costs; administrative expenses outside the project and costs of already completed projects are not eligible for funding. Key evaluation criteria include the degree of innovation and scientific excellence, expected political and societal impact, as well as the efficiency and feasibility of the work plan. The submission deadline for the application form Part A and Part B, CVs of key personnel, financial and budget plan, exploitation/dissemination plan, and ethics self-assessment is 23.09.2027.
