REGIO AKTIV – Deepening of school-based and extracurricular career orientation through accompanied company internships (PRAXIS BO) is an innovative funding program of the state of Saxony-Anhalt aimed at sustainably supporting the transition of young people from grade 7 onwards into the working world. This program targets educational providers as well as recognized institutions of independent youth welfare that seek to promote the career orientation process through accompanied company internships. Through grants from the European Social Fund Plus (ESF+) resources, personnel expenses and material costs are financed, enabling the participating organizations to implement individual concepts for preparation, supervision, and reflection. The continuous support of participants allows for early realistic insights into company processes, thereby setting the course for a successful search for training positions.
