Description
The Regional Skilled Labor Security Program supports partners of the Skilled Labor Alliances in Baden-Württemberg in implementing joint events and activities to provide information on economic and labor market policy challenges. The focus is on concrete measures within the action fields of the Skilled Labor Alliances as well as the evaluation and strategic further development of regional activities. Eligible for funding are public institutions, interest groups, and associations at the state, regional, or district level – including economic organizations, trade unions, employment agencies, district offices, municipalities, league associations, and care organizations. The funding amount ranges from 5,000 to 20,000 euros per project with a funding rate of 60 percent of eligible material expenses plus a flat-rate organizational grant of 10 percent. The project and program duration is 24 months within the period from April 1, 2024, to March 31, 2026; applications are possible until March 31, 2026.
Funding is provided particularly for costs of external service providers, fees for external speakers, rental costs for event venues, and event technology. A prerequisite is that projects are anchored as a strategic element in the annual planning of the regional Skilled Labor Alliances, pursue no economic self-interests, and do not charge participation fees. Projects should adopt innovative formats, address current regional challenges in skilled labor security, and sustainably strengthen the cooperation of the involved actors. Implementation may only begin after approval and must be completed within the program duration. This funding offer aims to test new approaches and intensify regional networking in the field of skilled labor security.
