Description

The regular project funding of the Bischof-Moser Foundation is aimed at public institutions and non-profit organizations in Baden-Württemberg that wish to implement innovative pastoral and spiritual care initiatives for young and adult people. The focus is on projects that create impact through novel forms of faith communication as well as targeted networking beyond church congregations and deaneries. Projects should correspond to the pastoral priorities of the Diocese of Rottenburg-Stuttgart and strengthen social cohesion and democratic participation through creative cooperation. Only personnel costs are funded for a duration of up to 36 months with a funding rate of 100%. Applications can be submitted at any time; prior approval of the job description by the responsible committees is a prerequisite, while material and activity costs must be borne independently.

For the application, a structured project description according to the checklist as well as a detailed financing plan are required. Evaluation criteria include in particular the innovative character of the project, novel approaches to faith communication, and the social mission of the church in the respective social environment. The Bischof-Moser Foundation expects a sustainable financing strategy and supports the funded projects through regular exchanges with project sponsors. By providing needs-based support for personnel costs, initiatives are strengthened that offer young and adult people orientation, support, and new perspectives in faith. Interested applicants can find all necessary forms and further information on the website of the Bischof-Moser Foundation.
