S.O.F. Academy – Webinars on ESD

The S.O.F. Academy offers nationwide free webinars on Education for Sustainable Development (ESD) in early childhood education. The focus is on practical impulses for day care centers, addressing changing thematic areas such as aesthetic education, nature and environmental education, health & movement, as well as participation and democracy education. Each event provides a professional contribution with concrete project ideas, methodological suggestions, and integration into the ESD concept. Each session is complemented by a digital follow-up with additional materials and recommended links to sustainably enrich everyday daycare life and support children in their discovery, experience, and participation.

Eligible to participate are educational professionals and management personnel working in day care centers who wish to expand their offerings with sustainable, health-promoting, or democracy-educational aspects. Registration is possible at any time via the online form; participation is free of charge and not bound to any deadlines. Prerequisites are the completed registration form and affiliation with an early childhood education institution. Due to the open structure of the webinar series, interested parties can select individual sessions as needed and thus flexibly integrate their further training into everyday daycare routines.
