Description
The EU program supports the training and further education of audiovisual professionals in all 27 member states with the aim of unlocking creative potential and advancing digital transformation. The focus is on new working methods such as cross-disciplinary collaborations, innovative storytelling formats, and the use of cutting-edge technologies ranging from virtual production to data-driven marketing. A particular emphasis is placed on the green transition: sustainable production methods, CO₂ accounting, and environmentally conscious IP rights management are to be conveyed through training sessions and workshops. Funding is provided to filmmakers, post-production experts, marketing specialists, game developers, and green transition consultants who wish to expand their skills along the value chain.
Applications can be submitted by companies, start-ups, educational institutions, and private individuals, with the entire funding amount provided as a grant (100% funding rate) to finance training, consultancy costs, and necessary travel expenses. The quality of the training concept, innovation potential, and relevance to the target group are key evaluation criteria. Eligibility requires participation from all EU countries. For application submission, the call document, application form, participants’ CVs, and a financing plan are required. The submission deadline is April 16, 2026, at 17:00 (Brussels time), with the application period starting on December 9, 2025. This provides professional audiovisual sector actors with optimal support to build future skills in a highly competitive environment.
