Projects and initiatives that fall within the jurisdiction of the Federal Chancellery and whose overall financing is already secured can be applied for online at any time. The program targets economic and civil society actors who wish to implement innovative consulting or financing projects. It is important that the project only begins after a positive funding decision – retroactive costs are excluded. This ensures transparency and guarantees the efficient use of funds. Applications are submitted via the Transparency Portal and must include, among other documents, a detailed project description, a comprehensive cost calculation, and a financing plan.

The funding aims to strengthen the coordinating impulses of the Federal Chancellery within the framework of government and European policy and to maximize the benefits of public consulting and financing measures. By submitting a legally signed application, applicants simultaneously accept the General Funding Conditions of the Federal Chancellery. Funds are transferred according to the payment schedule following a positive review. Beneficiaries commit to timely reporting on implementation and use of funds, as well as to submitting receipts and final reports.
