Funding covers, among other things, ecological measures such as de-sealing and greening initiatives, demolition of buildings or building parts to improve lighting and ventilation conditions, as well as the resulting consequential costs (e.g., relocations). Other eligible expenses include courtyard coverings, social infrastructure measures, and cross-property infrastructure measures. The following documents must be submitted with the application: a current land register excerpt (not older than three months), topography of the existing condition, existing plans, a renovation concept with a rough cost estimate, and a design plan.
