Description
step training offers a modular continuing education program based on a modular system that qualifies multipliers as sports coaches for integration and diversity. Nationwide in-person as well as digital workshop formats convey pedagogical approaches to design sports and movement activities with a focus on tolerance, respect, and solidarity. Participants engage reflectively with topics such as gender-equitable practice, anti-discrimination, and intercultural learning, and develop practical methods for working with children and youth in clubs, schools, and nonprofit organizations. The workshops are offered continuously and can be requested at any time via an online form. For each booked hour, the foundation charges a flat rate, scaled according to the number of participants, and certifies all participants upon successful completion.
Funding is provided to nonprofit clubs, interest groups, and educational institutions that organize sports and educational programs for young people on a full-time or voluntary basis. A prerequisite for funding is activity within an institution working with children and youth. The step foundation grants subsidies to cover continuing education costs and thus supports the sustainable strengthening of social skills, participation, and social cohesion in sports. Inquiries can be made at any time: interested parties fill out a short online inquiry form and receive prompt feedback regarding further planning and financing of the workshops.
