Description

The scholarship program of the Buhck Foundation supports students of environmental engineering and process engineering at the Hamburg University of Applied Sciences from the third semester onwards. The aim is to support innovative environmental ideas and accompany the studies, from internships to term papers. Participants demonstrate a proven good grade point average, a strong interest in environmental issues, as well as social competence, and have at least three semesters remaining until graduation. The funding is provided as a direct grant of €300 per month and is limited to a maximum of four semesters (24 months). At the same time, the scholars benefit from non-material support, professional advice, and regular meetings within the funding community.

The application requires a letter of motivation, a tabular CV, relevant certificates, and the completed application form. The selection is based on grade point average, commitment to environmental issues, and goal orientation. The application deadline is April 30, 2026. A committee composed of representatives from HAW and the Buhck Foundation reviews the documents and provides timely feedback. Thanks to cooperation with the Buhck Group, there is also the opportunity for internships and professional exchange. This funding offer is exclusively aimed at private individuals in Hamburg and requires the exclusion of other scholarship benefits.
