To apply, the official application form “Scholarship for Tuition Fee Reduction” must be completed and supplemented with the following documents: current wage and salary statements for the last three months, electronic income tax certificates, current income tax assessment, notices of social benefits (e.g., citizen’s allowance, housing allowance), as well as proof of other income (pensions, maintenance, rental income). The decisive factors for approval are the household net income and the number of school-age children living in the household. After submission of the documents, the school authority reviews the application and promptly informs about the granting of the scholarship. Changes in economic circumstances must be reported immediately, as retroactive increases are excluded.
