Studies/Modules of the Academy for Christian Leaders (AcF) – Participation/Registration

The Academy for Christian Leaders (AcF) offers a diverse, modular study and continuing education program in the field of leadership and spirituality, which is open nationwide to private individuals, companies, non-profit organizations, and public institutions. Starting February 17, 2026, in-person and online modules will commence on topics such as “Spiritual Decision-Making,” “Practical Theology as a Science,” and “Agile to the Goal.” The courses are recognized under the Lower Saxony and Rhineland-Palatinate Educational Leave Acts and combine scientifically grounded theology with practice-oriented leadership work. In addition to the in-person phases, each module includes preparatory literature and follow-up assignments to ensure sustainable transfer into professional everyday life.

The program is aimed at aspiring and experienced leaders and managers from non-profit, church-related, and economic contexts, as well as volunteers who wish to strengthen their methodological, social, and reflective competencies. Prerequisites include an interest in Christian-based leadership and preferably completed professional experience or already assumed leadership responsibility. Registration is possible at any time—simply via written registration form or email—and allows flexible planning of individual learning paths. With this offering, AcF supports the development of holistic leadership personalities who bring both professionalism and spirituality equally into leadership roles.
