Support To Ministry Of Tourism And Antiquities Institutional Capacity in Line With National Reforms and EU Best Practices

The EU initiative to strengthen the institutional capacities of the Ministry of Tourism and Antiquities aims to optimize administrative processes and align service standards with national reform requirements as well as proven EU practices. The focus is on promoting effective knowledge and experience exchange, through which modern governance models are implemented and internal control mechanisms further developed. Experts are to work together with the ministry’s leadership and staff to develop innovative approaches in the areas of strategic planning, resource management, and quality assurance. This multi-stage process also fosters communication and cooperation structures with relevant stakeholders in the public sector.

Public institutions wishing to participate in this grant have up to €1,600,000 available. Applications must be submitted within the framework of the call 185593PROSPECTSEN via the EU portal, with the required documents – in particular Annex C9 and the Twinning Fiche – to be provided upon application. Interested organizations may submit their complete applications from December 1, 2025. The deadline is February 23, 2026.
