Description

The Tyrolean support for regional economic impulses promotes projects, initiatives, and measures of particular importance to the local economy. Funding is provided to sole proprietorships, partnerships and corporations, cooperatives, associations, as well as public institutions such as municipalities and tourism associations with headquarters, branches, or activities in Tyrol. Non-repayable grants of up to 80% of eligible costs enable the implementation of innovative approaches in the areas of corporate financing, regional development, consulting, and agriculture. A prerequisite is that the project is not already covered by the Tyrolean Economic or Technology Promotion Program and that the total cumulative funding does not exceed 80% of the costs. Ineligible expenses include, among others, land acquisition, leasing, bank and financing costs, as well as tax consulting and procedural fees.

Interested applicants must submit a written application before the start of the planned funding period to the Department of Economic Location, Digitalization, and Science of the Office of the Tyrolean State Government. The application must include a detailed project description with a cost and financing overview, declarations of any already applied for or granted funding, and, if applicable, a de minimis declaration. Upon positive review, the approval is granted in the form of a funding agreement; the grant is disbursed after submission of the original invoices and payment receipts. Through transparent processing and streamlined procedural regulations, the program makes a significant contribution to strengthening the regional economic strength in Tyrol.
