Description
The Top!Job funding supports micro, small, and medium-sized enterprises in Styria in developing attractive, digitally supported workplaces. The goal is to prepare companies and their employees for the challenges of modern work environments, thereby attracting and retaining skilled workers in the long term. Eligible costs include internal personnel expenses, external consulting services, and material expenses such as software development. In the XS module, the Styrian Business Promotion Agency covers up to 70% of the eligible project costs (max. €3,000 with a minimum project volume of €1,000), and in the XL module up to 50% (max. €25,000 with a minimum project volume of €5,000). The maximum project duration of 18 months allows for both quickly implementable and strategic measures – from digitalization checks and employer branding to concepts for hybrid working or gamification in personnel recruitment. Expenses without a direct digitalization reference, ongoing website or software costs, workplace equipment, and employee events are not eligible for funding.
Applications must be submitted via the SFG funding portal before the project start to secure the eligibility date. The funding decision is based on evaluation criteria such as degree of innovation, sustainability, and potential to enhance workplace attractiveness. Eligible are Styrian SMEs aiming to digitally advance their processes and structures. Applications can be submitted until June 30, 2027. Companies benefit not only from financial relief but also – thanks to professional support and networking – from valuable impulses for future-oriented personnel development.
