Description

With the funding initiative Top!Job from the Styrian Business Promotion Agency, Styrian SMEs receive up to 70% subsidy (max. €3,000) for digitally supported personnel management projects. The goal is to create attractive workplaces through the combination of strategic personnel development and modern technologies. In Module XS (minimum volume: €1,000), external consulting and material costs for analyses of the personnel situation, employer branding, recruiting & onboarding, or the use of digital learning systems are supported. The project duration is up to 18 months; applications can be submitted via the SFG online portal until 30.06.2027. The aim is to attract skilled workers and retain them long-term within the company.

Micro, small, and medium-sized enterprises with headquarters and operations in Styria, and an annual turnover of max. €50 million or fewer than 250 employees, meet the funding requirements. Module XL for strategic realignment towards digital work environments is currently not available. The De-minimis ceiling of €300,000 within three years must be observed. Project expenses without digital relevance, ongoing operating or personnel costs, marketing materials, employee events, work clothing, or workplace equipment are considered ineligible. Selection is based on the potential to increase workplace attractiveness, the comprehensiveness of measures, and sustainable integration within the company. A complete project description including a financing plan forms the basis for a fair evaluation. Applications must be submitted before the project start and no later than 30.06.2027 via the SFG online portal and are subject to regular cut-off dates for prioritization.
