Recognized costs include personnel costs, material costs, and external consulting fees; ongoing expenses for websites, software without a digitization focus, and employee events are excluded. Decisions are made based on criteria such as digitization relevance, focus on skilled labor acquisition, and sustainable personnel development. Funded companies receive expertise and financial support to create attractive, technology-supported workplaces and secure long-term competitiveness in the digital transformation. A brief information sheet, detailed information, and a De-minimis declaration are required.
