Verdieck Foundation ARTISTS' MEETING

Once a year, the Verdieck Foundation organizes an artists' meeting in Lower Saxony, where regional artists present their latest works to a professional audience of colleagues. Since 2024, this event has been public and offers the invited creatives a platform for intensive exchange and networking. Both privately active artists and public institutions interested in artistic diversity and providing exhibition or workshop spaces can participate. The funding instrument is designed as participation support and aims to sustainably strengthen cultural dialogue within the region.

With the annual meeting, the foundation aims to facilitate encounters that go beyond established networks and promote new collaborations. Only artists residing or artistically active in the region, as well as institutions providing potential exhibition venues through their spaces, are invited. Participation requires a formal invitation from the foundation. By bundling presentation opportunities, professional exchange, and regional visibility, the Verdieck Foundation supports the initiation of further exhibitions and workshops on site, thus making an important contribution to the cultural development of Lower Saxony.
