Description

The nationwide available funding measure for heat recovery < 100 kW and recirculation systems < 50,000 m³/h combines the focal points of energy efficiency & renewable energies as well as environmental and climate protection. It is aimed at companies, interest groups, associations, and other entrepreneurial organizations that implement already completed projects. Funding is provided for the use of waste heat from cooling and ventilation systems up to 100 kW as well as recirculation systems with an air volume flow up to 50,000 m³/h. This includes, for example, heat exchangers, buffer storage tanks, control electronics, central ventilation units with heat exchangers, exhaust systems, air recirculation, and air filters. The installation of these system components can reduce emissions, lower energy demand, and reduce operating costs in the long term.

Applications are submitted online via Kommunalkredit Public Consulting GmbH and are possible in the period from 01.03.2024 to 31.12.2050. A prerequisite for funding is the implementation of the project before application submission as well as timely submission within six months after the final invoice. To be submitted are the signed form for funding accounting, copies of invoices for eligible costs, and a De-Minimis declaration. After successful review, approval is granted by payment notice and the transfer of funds. This initiative supports Austrian companies in establishing resource-saving technologies and making a sustainable contribution to climate protection.
