Aiming to intensify the exchange of knowledge and experiences among agricultural entrepreneurs, professionals, and consumers, it supports modern training programs, accompanying coaching measures, as well as investments in contemporary IT equipment. This funding is directed at recognized educational institutions and public sponsors that have been conducting relevant educational measures in the agricultural sector or in societal dialogue between agriculture and consumers for at least two years. Through this initiative, the foundation for future-oriented educational strategies is established, and the digital transformation in rural areas is sustainably advanced.

Within the scope of the funding, targeted measures are financed that include both the expansion of training programs and accompanying coaching. The training offers focus on key topics such as digitalization in agriculture, sustainable management, new economic models in the agricultural sector, entry into agriculture, regional agricultural structures, and innovative marketing strategies. The measures must comprise between 40 and 120 teaching units, while group coachings have a scope of 20 to 25 teaching units. The minimum number of participants is 10 persons for training measures and 6 persons for coachings, with the offers specifically aimed at agricultural entrepreneurs and employees in corresponding companies. The funding contributes to enabling experienced educational providers to optimize their services and sustainably support cultural and economic dynamics in rural areas.

Eligible expenses include personnel costs, material costs, and investments in digital infrastructure—excluding value-added tax, cash discounts, and rebates. With a project duration of 18 months, this funding offers the ideal framework to develop and implement modern-oriented educational measures in a practical manner.
