Young Science Hamburg offers free STEM educational programs for research-enthusiastic students in grades 8–13 from the Hanseatic City. In creative workshops and events, participants develop their own scientific and technical questions, formulate them convincingly, and gradually transform them into independent projects. Through regular exchanges with scientists from various disciplines, participants gain inspiring insights into diverse professional fields and establish valuable contacts for their future careers. The program follows a holistic approach: from initial impulses in the idea lab to participation in meet-ups with renowned researchers and networking within a vibrant talent community – Young Science Hamburg supports the entire learning and discovery process conceptually and sustainably fosters enthusiasm for STEM.
The funding opportunities are open to individuals residing or attending school in Hamburg and can be applied for continuously.
