Description

The additional funding (new construction funding) from the State of Tyrol is aimed at private builders and purchasers of residential properties in Tyrol. As part of a new construction project, supplementary, non-repayable grants are provided to support energy-saving and environmentally friendly construction measures as well as to cover the basic cost share within the framework of the housing start-up assistance. Furthermore, the program promotes families from the third child onwards, disability-friendly fittings, and barrier-free, safe living spaces. Applications can be submitted continuously and must be filed in parallel with the application for a funding loan. This ensures a seamless combination of loan and grant.

Eligible for funding are natural persons who realize a subsidized new construction project. A prerequisite for a grant is compliance with the requirements of the housing promotion guidelines. Eligible expenses include, for example, measures to improve heating energy demand, biomass or heat pump systems, solar collectors, comfortable ventilation systems, ecologically advantageous building materials, as well as grants for children, disability-friendly adaptations, and safe living. For the application, the new construction housing promotion form and the “Information Sheet Additional Funding (mbl-zus.pdf)” are required. Since submissions are possible at any time, builders can initiate their funding request at any time in cooperation with the housing promotion offices and thus contribute to sustainable and affordable housing in Tyrol.
