Subsidy for personnel costs for other music schools in Tyrol

The State of Tyrol supports public providers of other music schools in the Tyrol region through a targeted subsidy for the personnel costs of school administrations and teaching staff. The goal is the sustainable securing of music school operations throughout the entire federal state. Eligible for funding are particularly municipalities and other non-profit providers who operate according to the standards of the Tyrolean Music School System. The subsidies cover all expenses for pedagogical staff and contribute to offering qualified music education nationwide. Through continuous funding, motivated directors and teachers are relieved in their work, and cultural diversity is maintained.

For the application, a written request must be submitted to the Department of State Music Directorate by no later than October 15. The application must include a fully completed survey form "Other Music Schools"; a staffing plan can be submitted upon request. The expenses to be documented must be submitted by March 15 of the following year. Decisions and payments are made after reviewing compliance with legal requirements and funding criteria according to the Tyrolean Music School Act. Funding is granted continuously, allowing for long-term personnel planning. Interested providers may contact the State Music Directorate to compile all necessary documents in time and secure the funding amount.
