The earmarked grant is intended to advance investment costs, the purchase of new equipment, and infrastructural measures to increase resilience and operational capability during crises and disasters. Applications can be submitted year-round, allowing the funding to be available flexibly and based on demand. The funding initiative aims to strengthen structures, optimize processes, and make interorganizational cooperation in exceptional situations more sustainable.
