Description
Within the framework of the Asylum, Migration and Integration Fund (AMIF) 2021–2027, nationwide grants are available for projects aimed at the efficient management of migration, asylum, integration, European solidarity, and return. Up to 75% of eligible costs are funded for a project duration of up to 36 months and a minimum funding amount of €100,000 per year. Eligible applicants include registered legal entities under private or public law, international organizations, and other non-profit organizations. Thematically, measures can be anchored in the areas of infrastructure, health, labor & social affairs, as well as urban development & urban renewal, provided they demonstrate a clear EU added value and are not profit-oriented.
Applications must be submitted electronically via the IT system for internal funds (ITSI) and can be initiated no earlier than twelve months before the project start. Project concepts must be submitted in writing at least six months before the start; the latest submission deadline is June 30, 2027. Funding requirements include compliance with European and national legal frameworks as well as targeting activities to defined beneficiary groups. Experts, municipalities, associations, and companies thus receive tailored support for implementing innovative concepts that sustainably shape migration and integration and strengthen the solidarity responsibility in Europe.
