Mission & Vision
The A und O Foundation aims to provide sustainable support to disadvantaged children and adolescents with disabilities and their families, enabling them access to therapies, assistive devices, and developmental programs that would otherwise be unattainable. At the same time, it promotes young talents and nonprofit initiatives in education and youth work to strengthen inclusion and participation, to develop individual abilities, and thereby to advance the common good.
Target groups
The target group includes children and adolescents with physical or mental disabilities as well as their families, provided there is a financial need; particularly gifted children and adolescents (e.g., in music, art, or natural sciences; proof required); as well as non-profit projects and associations in the field of education and youth work that explicitly enable or promote the participation of children and adolescents with disabilities.
