Our goal is to make Lower Austria a pioneering region for climate protection and sustainable energy supply. We support innovative projects that promote the responsible use of natural resources, advance the expansion of renewable energies, and secure the quality of life in urban and rural areas in the long term. Through transparent funding procedures and comprehensive consulting, we assist stakeholders in effectively achieving their environmental protection and energy-saving objectives.
Target groups
Innovative and sustainable projects in the environmental and energy sectors in Lower Austria are supported. Target groups include municipalities and municipal institutions, schools, educational providers and research institutions, companies and businesses from various industries, non-governmental organizations and associations, as well as citizens who wish to implement independent environmental and energy projects.
