Mission & Vision
Our mission is sustainable, balanced, and future-oriented spatial planning for Upper Austria. We equally promote social, economic, and ecological functions and work closely with municipalities, associations, and citizens. Through targeted funding programs and participatory planning processes, we aim to create livable places and strengthen inner development.
Target groups
Funding is provided to municipalities, village and urban development associations, parishes, natural persons, partnerships, as well as legal entities under public and private law that implement measures to revitalize town and city centers, enhance townscape design, and develop infrastructure. The programs support initiatives by private property owners as well as municipal and regional cooperations.
