About the funder
The Office of the Salzburg State Government – Department 3 Social Affairs, Division for Disability and Inclusion is the central coordination office for "Personal Assistance in the Private Sector" (PAP) in the state of Salzburg. It ensures the organizational and financial processing based on the Salzburg Participation Act and the state funding guidelines. In doing so, it supports people with disabilities in everyday life, mobility, household, leisure, and social participation, taking into account economy, appropriateness, and personal responsibility.

Mission & Vision
We promote the self-determination and independent living of people with disabilities in the state of Salzburg. Through needs-based personal assistance, we strengthen equal participation in social life and contribute to the removal of barriers.
Target groups
The target group consists of individuals aged 18 to 65 with severe physical, sensory, cognitive, or psychological impairments who have their main residence in Salzburg, maintain their own household, and possess the organizational and supervisory skills to independently manage assistance services.
