umwelt service salzburg is the central contact point for Salzburg companies, municipalities, and other institutions that wish to conduct environmental consultations or utilize funding opportunities in the areas of environment and sustainability. As an information and advisory service, umwelt service salzburg organizes and promotes targeted, measure-specific environmental consultations in the core areas of energy, mobility, waste, and environment. Up to 50% of the consultation costs are covered, and for members of the Climate Alliance or Eco-label, even up to 75%. Funding is provided by the sponsors Land Salzburg (Office of the Salzburg State Government), Salzburg Chamber of Commerce, the Federal Ministry for Climate Action (Federal Government), and Salzburg AG.

Our goal is to increase energy and resource efficiency, reduce emissions, and thus promote sustainable development in Salzburg through professional and impartial consulting. We work with a pool of expert consultants and guarantee a high quality of our services.

Our services are aimed at natural and legal persons in Salzburg: commercial enterprises of all sectors, municipal facilities and communities, public institutions with market-based activities, non-profit organizations and religious institutions, as well as energy supply companies. Through tailored consultations in the areas of energy, mobility, waste, and environment, projects are supported from the concept phase through to implementation, and financial incentives through funding programs are highlighted.
