Target groups
Private owners and tenants, non-profit housing associations, municipalities, and developers in the state of Styria are eligible for funding. The target group includes all those who wish to energetically renovate residential buildings, revitalize historic building fabric, or create barrier-free and elderly-friendly living conditions.
