The Federal Ministry for Labour, Social Affairs, Health, Care and Consumer Protection is a supreme federal authority in Austria that provides comprehensive information, advisory, and funding services in the areas of social affairs, health, care, and consumer protection through the Social Ministry Service. Section IX particularly coordinates project funding for the professional participation of people with disabilities and works closely with the federal states, the Social Fund Vienna, and commissioned organizations.

Target groups
Eligible to apply are the federal states as well as, in Vienna, the Fonds Soziales Wien, which pass on the funding to their commissioned providers (social institutions and companies). The target group of the funded projects are people with high and very high support needs in the primary labor market, who are to participate fully insured and with a regular employment contract in working life through inclusive, integrative, or innovative work projects.
