BRAWO Stiftergemeinschaft

The BRAWO Stiftergemeinschaft is a legally recognized foundation under civil law based in Braunschweig (c/o EngagementZentrum GmbH). It was established by Volksbank BraWo eG and exclusively and directly pursues charitable and benevolent purposes in accordance with the German Tax Code. As a service foundation, it offers private individuals, companies, and organizations an uncomplicated framework for establishing foundations, trust foundations, foundation funds, or for making additional donations to foundations. The foundation is recognized as charitable by the Braunschweig tax office and is authorized to issue donation receipts. It operates nationwide but particularly supports engagement in the Braunschweig region.

For good reason, we create a sustainable framework for philanthropic engagement. Our goal is to enable individuals and organizations to commit themselves long-term and individually to charitable areas such as youth and elderly care, environmental and climate protection, arts and culture, education, health, sports, or heritage preservation. We place great value on transparency, professional advice, and a collaborative partnership from the initial idea through to implementation.

The BRAWO Stiftergemeinschaft is aimed at private individuals and families who wish to establish their social commitment on a lasting basis; associations and non-profit organizations seeking project funding; companies that want to implement corporate social responsibility (CSR) regionally; donors who wish to establish a trust foundation or an endowment fund; as well as donors making additional contributions or one-time donations. Our services include foundation consulting, asset management, ongoing administration, and the issuance of donation receipts.
