The Brüderstiftung Peter Friedhofen – Foundation of the Brothers of Mercy of Maria-Hilf, Germany, is a legally recognized ecclesiastical foundation under civil law based in Trier. It is named after the Blessed Brother Peter Friedhofen, who founded the religious community of the Brothers of Mercy in the 19th century. The foundation is financed exclusively through endowments and donations and is committed to supporting sick, needy, and elderly people in Germany and abroad. It supports both straightforward individual aid and long-term projects as well as church relief organizations, following Christian principles of charity.

With our foundation, we provide assistance where the need is greatest. In the tradition of our order’s founder Brother Peter Friedhofen, we aim to support people in acute emergency situations quickly and directly through financial aid and sustainable promotion of social projects.
