Mission & Vision
Our mission is to establish Austrian tourism as a sustainable, innovative, and competitive backbone of the domestic economy. We create framework conditions that facilitate investments in ecological, social, and economic sustainability, promote business succession, strengthen equity formation, and position Austria internationally as a pioneer in quality and sustainability.
Target groups
The Tourism Section targets small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in the tourism and leisure industry throughout Austria. Investment projects, start-ups, and business stabilizations are supported in accordance with the relevant guidelines. Additionally, we assist family- and owner-managed businesses, facilitate business transfers, and offer industry-specific services through the Tourism Service Center for the entire sector.
