About the funder
The Crescere Stiftung Bodensee was founded in 2021 by Dipl.-Ing. Thomas Seger with the support of his friend, attorney Wolfgang Münst, and endowed with a substantial initial capital. It supports projects serving the common good in the fields of science and research, arts and culture, social affairs, as well as sports in the Lake Constance region. Under the guiding principle "We inspire enthusiasm!" the foundation's open purpose allows the board to support a wide range of initiatives and their own project endeavors.

Mission & Vision
"We inspire enthusiasm!" describes the self-conception of the Crescere Stiftung Bodensee – inspired by the Latin "crescere" (to grow, to thrive). The foundation aims to inspire people and initiatives, promote communal growth, and thereby create sustainable impulses in education, culture, and social engagement.
Target groups
The Crescere Stiftung Bodensee primarily supports public-benefit organizations, groups, and individuals in the Lake Constance region who implement projects in science and technology (especially STEM fields), arts and culture, intergenerational social engagement, or sports. Innovative, sustainable, and socially valuable initiatives are funded.
