About the funder
DEUTSCHLAND RUNDET AUF is a non-profit foundation GmbH, founded in 2012 to sustainably support socially disadvantaged children and young people in Germany through micro-donations at checkout and salary donations. Since its inception, approximately EUR 12.5 million has been raised and 47 funding projects have been supported in the areas of mentoring, early childhood and learning support, social skills and resilience programs, streetwork, and family counseling. Since 2024, young adults have also been supported through vocational training and student aid programs.

Mission & Vision
Our mission is to create fair opportunities for socially disadvantaged children, adolescents, and young adults in Germany. We pool small contributions from many individuals and companies to select and support effective and sustainable projects. In doing so, we emphasize transparency, impact, and expertise through a three-stage selection process (expert panel, PHINEO analysis, board resolution).
Target groups
Socially disadvantaged children and adolescents in Germany are supported, who would have only limited opportunities for education, personal development, and social participation without additional assistance. Since 2024, young adults in vocational training and student aid programs have also been part of our target group.
