Mission & Vision

The Diakonie Libera Foundation sees itself as part of the ecclesiastical and diaconal work of the Protestant Church. It bears witness to God's love for the world in Jesus Christ and keeps the spirit of the Gospel alive in all its institutions. The salvation and well-being of people are inseparably connected; therefore, it practices Christian charity and advocates for those who require special support, assistance, care, and accompaniment.

Target groups

Diakonie Libera is aimed at people in need of assistance across all age groups and life situations: children and adolescents in educational support and protective custody, seniors in inpatient and outpatient elderly care, people with disabilities in support and residential groups, as well as individuals in emergency situations who require accompaniment, care, and support.
