About the funder
The Diospi-Suyana Foundation is a non-profit foundation that supports the Diospi Suyana project in Peru. It collects donations and funding to ensure the operation of the Diospi Suyana Hospital, an affiliated dental and eye clinic, a school (Colegio Diospi Suyana), and a media center. To date, over 150,000 private individuals and more than 230 companies have provided approximately 38 million USD. Among other things, the foundation enables the construction and expansion of medical facilities, the treatment of over 447,000 patients by the end of 2021, the operation of the school with 27 classrooms, as well as the development of radio and TV studios in the Andean region.

Mission & Vision
The mission of the Diospi-Suyana Foundation is to provide holistic assistance to the Quechua people in the Peruvian high Andes: through high-quality medical care, solid education, and biblically inspired public relations. The foundation aims to build bridges between German and international donors and the local communities to promote long-term self-help and Christian witness.
Target groups
The funding programs of the Diospi-Suyana Foundation are aimed at philanthropic private individuals, foundations, and companies wishing to support projects in the fields of healthcare, education, and media work in disadvantaged rural regions of Peru. Special emphasis is placed on donors interested in mission-driven, sustainable development projects for indigenous populations.
