The Dr. Jürgen Meyer Foundation is a legally recognized foundation under civil law, based in Hürth near Cologne. It was established in 2007 according to the wishes of its founder, Dr. Heinz Jürgen Meyer, and is dedicated to promoting research, education, and ethical reflection in the field of corporate governance, particularly for middle management. The foundation regularly initiates and funds empirical studies on the situation of middle-level executives, supports cooperative educational projects with partners such as the Hamburg Foundation for Business Ethics, and develops teaching concepts as well as podcasts on topics like business ethics and value change.

"Winning the future with new ideas!" – The Dr. Jürgen Meyer Foundation aims to strengthen the importance of middle management in science and practice, anchor ethical values in business, and promote educational programs that empower leaders as well as teachers and learners to recognize and sustainably manage moral conflicts.

The funding programs of the Dr. Jürgen Meyer Foundation are aimed at managers at the middle management level in German companies, lecturers and students in business, management, and ethics, teachers at general and vocational schools, as well as HR professionals and corporate practitioners engaged with value-oriented leadership and sustainable supply chains.
