As a non-profit foundation under civil law, it supports practice-oriented research projects aimed at advancing social-diaconal work, particularly in the fields of youth and elderly care as well as assistance for people with disabilities. The annual interest income from the foundation's assets is used to finance innovative, scientifically supervised projects.

Mission & Vision

The Dr. Wolfsteller | Feddersen Foundation aims to procure funds to promote scientific activities, expand youth and elderly care, and support individuals in need. By co-financing practice-oriented research projects, we seek to develop innovative concepts that improve the quality of diaconal work and sustainably enhance the lives of socially disadvantaged people.

Target groups

The foundation targets diaconal institutions, public universities, and research institutions that address innovative issues in social-diaconal work. Funding is primarily provided for projects focusing on the improvement of youth and elderly care as well as the inclusion of people with disabilities, developing practical, scientifically grounded solutions.
