Mission & Vision
The Dräger Foundation is committed to promoting social cohesion and sustainable development. It supports projects in science, education, culture, and international understanding, as well as charitable initiatives that strengthen local communities in Lübeck and Schleswig-Holstein and provide nationwide impetus for democracy and tolerance. The foundation aims to enable civic engagement wherever it is most urgently needed.
Target groups
Non-profit associations, institutions, initiatives, schools, universities, and companies with recognized charitable status in Lübeck and the surrounding area (up to approximately 50 km) are supported. Eligible applicants are project sponsors in the fields of science and research, education, general and vocational training, art and culture, international understanding, landscape and monument preservation, accident prevention, and charitable purposes.
