About the funder

The Dreißig Foundation – Future for Children was established in 2011 on the occasion of the 100th anniversary of the Dreißig family bakery and is recognized as a non-profit foundation. It consolidates the long-standing social and community commitment of the family business and provides targeted support for projects, initiatives, and activities in the region. In particular, the foundation supports institutions, associations, and individuals dedicated to children and young people with special needs and also promotes cultural and educational measures.

Mission & Vision

The Dreißig Foundation – Future for Children is committed to promoting the well-being and development of children and adolescents in its own region. Through financial resources and practical support, the foundation aims to enable sustainable projects and ensures that donations reach directly where they are most urgently needed. The foundation believes in the power of collective commitment and seeks to build long-term partnerships with local stakeholders.

Target groups

Children and young people in the region, as well as the supporting institutions and initiatives, are funded. This includes hospices, kindergartens, music schools, children’s and youth centers, as well as individual support for young talents with special needs. The foundation is aimed at both non-profit organizations and individuals committed to the welfare of children and young people.
