About the funder
The EDEKA Foundation is a non-profit private foundation of the EDEKA Group, which has been socially committed since 2008 under the motto "Out of love for the next generation." Its focus is on early childhood and school nutrition and physical education as well as environmental awareness. Funding is primarily provided through donations from the EDEKA Group and third parties. In addition to the two core projects "Vegetable Beds for Kids" (for preschool children) and "Move More – Eat Better" (for 3rd and 4th grade primary school children), it supports people in need, charitable institutions, and local initiatives.

Mission & Vision
