Mission & Vision
The Edith Busch Foundation is committed to sustainably advancing research on the pathogenesis, diagnosis, and treatment of systemic scleroderma. Through targeted funding programs and awards, the foundation aims to support scientists and clinicians in gaining new insights, optimizing therapeutic approaches, and promoting knowledge transfer between institutes and laboratories.
Target groups
The funding programs of the Edith Busch Foundation are aimed at individuals and working groups in the field of translational connective tissue research, particularly young independent group leaders, post-docs, clinically active researchers, as well as physicians who wish to submit projects on the pathogenesis, diagnosis, or therapy of scleroderma. Projects from both clinical and laboratory settings with a focus on scleroderma are supported.
