Mission & Vision

To ensure that children grow up with trust and security, the Erzieherinnen-Stiftung promotes the training of educators with the highest professional competence and a distinctly evangelical profile. Through sustainable capital funding and project-based support, it aims to ensure that qualified educational professionals are continuously trained at Evangelical vocational schools in Württemberg.

Target groups

Funding is provided for prospective and practicing educators at the Protestant Vocational Schools for Social Pedagogy in Stuttgart-Botnang, Herbrechtingen, Reutlingen, and Schwäbisch Hall. At the same time, the foundation supports projects and initiatives that improve the training offerings and the quality of practice-accompanying education in the early childhood and elementary education sectors.
