About the funder

The Ferry Porsche Foundation was established in May 2018 on the occasion of the 70th anniversary of the Porsche brand and is named after Ferry Porsche (1909–1998), the son of Ferdinand Porsche. Since its inception, the foundation has supported sustainable and charitable projects in the fields of social affairs, environment, education & science, culture, and sports. Its commitment extends around the company locations of Porsche AG in Stuttgart and Leipzig as well as at the sites of its subsidiaries. Through its funding projects, the foundation stands for diversity, participation, and equal opportunities, placing particular emphasis on the support of children and youth.

Mission & Vision

The Ferry-Porsche-Stiftung assumes sustainable social responsibility by providing swift and unbureaucratic assistance to people in need and supporting charitable initiatives. It promotes commitment and cohesion within society and advocates for solidarity, democracy, and equal opportunities for participation. In doing so, it is guided by the social sense of responsibility of its namesake, Ferry Porsche.

Target groups

The programs are specifically aimed at organizations and individuals committed to diversity, participation, and equal opportunities.
